We’re building our official RLCS roster. We’re scouting the best talent . To represent us at the highest level of Rocket League competition.

- Monthly Stipend (contract-based, shared privately),
- Performance Bonuses (qualifier wins, major placements, etc.),
- Full LAN Support (travel, hotel, logistics covered),
- Coaching Staff (head coach, analyst, and performance support),
- Brand Support (media exposure, personal branding, content features),

- Short-Term: Qualify through RLCS Open Qualifiers,
- Mid-Term: Cement SBC as a respected RLCS organization,
- Long-Term: Build a winning RLCS program representing our community at the highest level,

- Final roster decisions by SBC Leadership + RLCS Coaching Staff,
- All players sign a Seasonal SBC Contract covering expectations, pay, and conduct,
- Zero tolerance for toxicity, ultimatums, or internal sabotage,
- Transparent communication and logged decisions across the team,
